摘要:

基于传统插装式比例节流阀圆形通孔的主阀套结构,提出一种腰形通孔的主阀套新结构,利用CFD技术对以上两种通孔形式的阀的流量特性、主阀芯受力情况进行对比分析,并基于相似理论进行了可视化实验研究。研究结果表明:主阀套采用腰形通孔结构相对于传统的圆形通孔结构,不仅增加了阀的通流能力,还改善了主阀芯所受的径向不平衡力。研究结果为插装阀的结构优化设计及实验研究提供了理论依据。

Abstract:

Based on traditional round through-hole structure of main valve sleeve of cartridge proportional throttle, an optimized kidney-shaped through-hole structure was proposed herein. The computational fluid dynamics(CFD) technology was used to analyze flow characteristics of these through-hole forms mentioned above and the force of main valve spool. Then, visualization experimental study which was based on the similarity theory was completed. The research results show that compared to traditional round through-hole structure,kidney-shaped through-hole structure can increase flow capacity and improve radial unbalanced force of the main spool. This research can provide theory basis for structure optimization design of cartridge proportional throttle.
