摘要:

为了合理、高效地进行结构改进及优选设计,提出了采用相对距离尺度的改进TOPSIS评价方法,以对多种备选方案进行综合分析和优选。首先确定评价指标,建立原始数据矩阵;然后得出各评价指标的权重系数,根据可适应设计原则建立多个评价目标,并基于三种距离尺度的综合性能进行评价,总结三种距离尺度方法的特点;最后以某大型立式磨床的横梁设计方案为例,将它的12种变型作为评价目标,采用有限元分析,将其质量及动静热态特性作为评价指标,计算出三种方法下的12种评价目标的评价结果向量,并通过对比,选出综合考虑三种方法的最优评价方案。实践表明,基于相对距离尺度的TOPSIS方法能明确区分方案优劣,且与实际生产所选择方案相符合。

Abstract:

In order to get a reasonable and effective adaptable structure design solution, a new  relative distance measure based TOPSIS method were presented to evaluate various schemes synthetically. The evaluation index was determined, the original data matrix was established, and then weight coefficients of different index were fixed, according to the principle of adaptable design, comprehensive performance evaluation functions based on three methods were created, the characteristics of the three methods were summarized. A large vertical grinding machine beam design was taken as an example, the 12 kinds of forms were taken as evaluation targets, and the finite element analysis software was used to obtain the dynamic, static and thermal performances of various beams. The evaluation results were obtained using three distance measure methods, and then the results were compared to determine optimal candidates. Results show there is relative distance measure based TOPSIS is best for prioritizing machine tool design candidates, and it is consistent to practical selected scheme.
