摘要:

针对复杂曲面五轴数控加工刀具干涉检测算法复杂且效率低的问题,提出了基于空间三维坐标系变换原理的刀具干涉检查方法,即通过计算曲面上的点在刀具局部坐标系中刀具投影区域内的坐标值与刀具的位置关系来判断是否发生干涉。该方法能够同时检查局部干涉和全局干涉,大大减少计算量,提高检测效率和数控加工效率。为避免干涉,针对不同的干涉形式给出了不同的刀具姿态调整旋转轴和旋转角。通过实例验证了所提方法的可行性和有效性。

Abstract:

In order to simplify tool interference detection for five-axis NC machining of sculptured surfaces and to improve efficiency of NC machining, a method was proposed to detect tool interference based on coordinate system transformation theory. In tool coordinate system, by comparing the position relations between points in surface in tool projection area and tool, then it was determined whether interference occured. This method improves processing efficiency, and it can detect local interference and global interference simultaneously. In order to avoid interference, the deflection axis and angle was calculated according to different interference styles. Experimental results prove that the proposed method is feasible, simple and effective.
