摘要:

对一种对数螺旋线型面的楔块逆止器进行了动力学分析,并对其核心零件——对数螺旋线型面楔块进行了设计。采用Pro/E建立了对数螺旋线型面楔块逆止装置的仿真模型,并将模型导入ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件对其逆止过程进行动力学分析,得到了新型逆止器的逆止接触力、楔合时间和逆止速度等参数的变化规律。该成果为新型对数螺旋线型面楔块逆止器的研制提供了理论依据。

Abstract:

Through designing logarithmic spiral surface wedge block that was the core part of backstop, a new backstop with logarithmic spiral surface wedge block was pointed out. This paper used the Pro/ENGINEER software to establish the three-dimensional model of the backstop. Then, the model was imported into ANSYS/LS-DYNA software for dynamics simulation analysis to obtain the stress characteristics during the backstop process.This study will offer theoretical basis for the production of the new backstop.
