旋转部件多参数遥测中的时间同步技术

摘要:

针对旋转部件多参数遥测的时间同步要求高和遥测节点分布密集等特点,提出了一种基于参考节点广播的时间同步(RNBS)技术。通过参考节点对之间的有线通信,使广播的时间消息同时到达各节点,然后利用时间消息和时间消息的到达时间进行时间同步。RNBS具有同步精度高、效率高、能方便实现全网同步、适合工程应用等优点。最后在自行设计的平台上进行试验,30min内时间同步误差小于1ms,并可通过设定同步周期实现不同的精度,满足旋转部件多参数遥测的时间同步要求。

Abstract:

According to the strict synchronization requirements of parameter measurement for rotary machine and the concentrated distribution characteristics of telemetry nodes, a RNBS technology was provided. By the wired communication among reference nodes, the broadcast news arrived at each node simultaneously, and then the time message and the moment of message arrival time were used for time synchronization. RNBS has advantages of high accuracy, high efficiency, easy realization in whole net and easy application in engineering. At last, RNBS was tested on the self-developed platform. The results show that the synchronization error is less than 1ms inside 30 minutes, and different precisions can be achieved by setting the synchronous cycle, which meets the requirements of time synchronization in multi-parameter telemetry for rotary machine.
