当前五轴机床C轴工作台的转动行程已由某个限定范围扩展为无限范围(n×360°), 但通常后置处理中的转角求解方法不能使求解范围扩展到无限,因而制约了机床性能的发挥。针对该问题,建立基于多体系统理论的五轴机床转动轴运动学方程,通过定义“最小运动圆周”来改进五轴机床转角的计算方法,对后置转角求解区域进行了扩展,并给出了具体的求解流程。该求解算法可以有效提高C轴工作台的转动连续性。最后在某结构类型的机床上进行了后置求解仿真试验,验证了算法的可行性和有效性。

Abstract:

The stroke of C-axis rotary worktable for five-axis machine tool could be extended from limited angle range to n×360°, however the performance of machine tools could be restricted due to the limited rotation angles solution of common post-processing calculation methods. Herein,a kinematics equation of rotation axes was established based on multi-body system theory firstly. And the calculation method of rotation angle was improved by defining “the minimum movement circle”. Moreover, the calculation flow was determined, by which the rotating continuity of C-axis worktable was improved effectively. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method were verified by some simulation experiment,about the post-processing calculation method.
