涡旋柱面垂直度误差评定算法研究

摘要:

为了实现对某型号涡旋压缩机的涡旋齿柱面垂直度的高精度评定,建立了基于最小二乘法的逼近优化算法的数学模型,对涡旋柱面的检测数据进行分析计算。将该算法的计算结果与德国ZEISS公司UMC 550型三坐标测量机的计算结果进行了比较。比较结果表明:该算法结果准、精度高、针对性强,其结果曲线与ZEISS计算结果曲线走势一致,重合度达到99%以上,可作为高精度评定该涡旋齿柱面垂直度的算法。

Abstract:

In order to achieve high-precision assessment of scroll-type cylindrical surface perpendicularity in scroll compressors, a mathematical model was established based on the least square method of the optimization approximation algorithm and was used to analyse the scroll surface outline data. Comparing the results herein with results from the German ZEISS company UMC 550 type of CMM, it shows that the algorithm is accurate and targetable. The curve of the result from the algorithm has the same trend with the result curve of ZEISS and the degree of coincidence is more than 99%. It can be assessed as a high-precision algorithm of the wrap perpendicularity.
