油源动态特性及伺服阀前蓄能器对轧机控制精度影响的实验研究

摘要:

在实验的基础上,对油源动态特性与电液控制系统控制精度间的关系展开实验研究,得出了负载变动与油源压力波动之间的耦合规律,并对阀前蓄能器进行不同初始充气压力和不同初始容积的负载实验,得出其初始充气压力和初始容积的影响规律,为根据系统控制精度要求选择充气压力和初始容积提供实践参考。

Abstract:

Based on experiments, the relationship between dynamic characteristics of oil source and control precision was analyzed in detail, and the coupling laws between the load variation and the pressure ripple of oil-source were obtained. Thus, starting with precharge pressure and volum of the accumulator at inlet of the valve, the rule was obtained by experiments,which can give reference for selecting precharge pressure and volum of the accumulator according to the requirements of system control precision. 
