摘要:

在行波传动的理论基础上,提出了一种新型行波传动器模型。在初步的结构设计上,进行了传动器的理论建模,建立了传动比、输出力矩、输出功率等数学模型。设计加工了实物模型测试装置,并进行了初步的实验测试,得到了在弹性层厚度、预紧力等参数变化时的位移曲线。一系列的实验结果和数据分析表明,这种新型的行波传动器能达到减速传动效果并具有较大的传动比,实验结果验证了理论模型的正确性。

Abstract:

A new type of reducer based on traveling wave driver principle was put forward. The initial structure of the reducer was designed and the theoretical models such as gear ratio, output torque and output power were built up. An initial reducer was manufactured and some performance were tested. The experimental results illustrate that the new type reducer has a feature of large ratio, and the testing results accord with the theoretical model through adjusting some test parameters.
