摘要:

针对钛合金管件焊缝射线图像检测过程中,人工识别缺陷效率不高、准确度较低的问题, 提出采用计算机图像识别技术,对钛合金管件焊缝缺陷位置进行数字成像、图像预处理、图像分析以及特征的提取,并研发了射线探伤数据分析与质量评判软件系统,采用该系统对焊缝缺陷进行自动识别,可实现钛合金管件焊缝质量的自动评判。

Abstract:

According to low efficiency and low accuracy of defect identification by workers in the inspection process of ray detection image for titanium alloy pipe fitting welding seam, the authors come up with a solution to use the computer image recognition technique to form, preprocess, analyze and extract the characteristics of digital image for the location of pipe fitting welding seam defects. Also, in order to automatically recognize the welding seam defects, a software system named ray detection data analysis and quality judgment was researched and developed,and the automatic judgment of the quality of pipe fitting welding seam was realized.
