摘要:

为了提高层绞式综合缆建模效率和精度,研究了其强度分析方法,通过对圆柱螺旋线方程的分析,采用一种基于抗拉强度数学模型的参数化建模方法并用ANSYS进行了静强度分析。基于知识工程建立了强度设计与有限元分析结合的参数化分析系统,并实现了快速建模及强度分析。实例验证了该方法的正确性和可靠性。

Abstract:

In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of strand loose tube composite cable and research its strength analysis method, after the analysis on the equation of circular helix, the methods of parametric modeling and static strength analysis using ANSYS were used, which were based on the mathematical model of tensile strength. The system was combined strength design and finite element analysis which was based on knowledge engineering achieved rapid modeling and strength analysis. The way is demonstrated to be correctness and reliability with the results.
