摘要:

为了解决异构CAD产品模型干涉检查比较困难等问题,提出了一种基于轻量化模型的对异构CAD产品模型进行干涉检查的实现方法,利用轻量化模型的精细度模型,采用分层过滤的方法,实现了快速干涉检查,并对干涉结果从可视化显示和分析报告两方面进行处理,然后将协同设计插件作为设计端与协同设计管理平台(PLM)的中间层,及时把干涉检查结果发布给设计者以便作出修改。该方法已经在商品化的产品设计可视化平台InteVue中得到应用,应用结果表明,其干涉检查结果可以作为模型设计的有效参考。

Abstract:

To solve 3D Heterogeneous CAD interference checking problems, a new method based on lightweight model was proposed. Using lightweight model and subdividing the set of the possible interference components step by step, this method can finish interference checking quickly and the results can be handled well by both visualization and analysis reports. Then, the results were sent to designers throught a collaborative tool based on PLM managing the model designing and interference checking, which enable designers obtain the accurate feedback as quickly as possible to modify the original 3D models and make collaborative work among designers much easier. The proposed method has been implemented in a commercial 3D browser named InteVue and the application result shows that it can be used as a strong reference during 3D heterogeneous CAD model designing.
