摘要:

采用有限长弹流润滑模型分析研究了球面滚子的润滑问题。研究表明:当实际接触长度小于名义接触长度时,球面滚子的润滑具有点接触弹流特征;随椭圆比或载荷的增大,球面滚子的润滑状态由点接触润滑状态向线接触润滑状态转变,出现端部压力升高和端部膜厚减小的现象,并且边缘效应的出现总是与端部膜
形闭合效应的消失相对应,得出了设计此类接触副时应保证足够的名义接触长度的结论。

Abstract:

Using finite line EHL numerical model, the lubrication properties of spherical rollers were studied. It is concluded that the lubrication of spherical rollers performs as point EHL characteristics when the actual contact length is smaller than the nominal contact length; while with the increase of the elliptical ratio or load, it transforms to line EHL, i.e., edge pressure rising and edge film droping down, and the appearance of edge effect is always corresponding to the disappearance of endclosure. Therefore, enough nominal contact length should be given in the design of such friction pairs.
