摘要:

为了提高薄壁圆管的耐撞性,基于可靠性理论与响应面近似技术,建立了薄壁圆管的高精度近似模型,提出一种基于产品质量工程的可靠性优化设计方法。与传统确定性优化结果相比,可靠性优化结果不仅较好地满足了薄壁圆管的耐撞性要求,而且大大提高了优化设计的效率。同时,薄壁圆管的使用可靠性也有较大幅度的提高。

Abstract:

To improve the crashworthiness of thin-walled tube, the high precision approximate models of the thin-walled were established based on the reliability theory and approximate technology,furthermore, a reliability optimization method was proposed based on the product quality engineering. Reliability optimal results meet better the requirements of the crashworthiness and energy absorption of thin-walled tube by comparing to the traditional certain optimal result,and increase the efficiency of optimization design greatly,meantime,which makes reliability of thin-walled tube improve greatly.
