搅拌磨机介质运动离散元数值模拟分析

摘要:

针对搅拌磨机应用广泛但对其内部介质运动信息了解甚少的现状,以某公司立式搅拌磨机为研究对象,运用三维离散元方法跟踪磨机内的介质颗粒,考虑其重力、摩擦力和碰撞力的综合作用,建立了搅拌磨机系统的数学模型,对磨机内介质颗粒的复杂运动全过程进行了数值模拟。研究结果表明,在螺旋搅拌器附近的介质球速度值较大,粉磨效率较高,搅拌磨机系统在运行中达到近似平衡状态,系统摩擦功随时间线性增加,但总动能在固定值上下波动。

Abstract:

A vertical stirred mill was used widely and its internal media campaign was understood poorly,so a stirred mill of a company was studied.Media particles in the mill were tracked using three-dimensional discrete method,a mathematical model of stirred mill system was established to simulate the whole process of the complex motion of particles considering their gravity,friction and impact force.The results show that the speed of the media in the vicinity of the screw stirred is large,grinding efficiency is high,the mill system achieves a state of equilibrium in operation approximately,friction work increases linely with time but the total kinetic energy is at a fixed value with upper and lower fluctuation.
