Design Method of Marine Cable Twisting Machine Based on Case-based Reasoning

摘要:

结合实例推理的设计原理,在绞缆机设计中对特征参数和参数之间的关联度进行分析,从而建立绞缆机的设计实例库。设计了合理的相似度算法对设计过程的各个特征参数及其关联度进行检索。通过对检索得到的实例进行适当的修改解决目前的新设计任务,加速整个设计过程。在绞缆机是否符合相关性能的分析中,应用动力学分析软件检索得到绞缆机三维实体模型,并对模型中各个部件添加约束,建立相应模型的虚拟样机,进行不同缆绳速度对轴载荷影响的计算。结合模拟张力数据,对恒张力控制过程进行仿真计算,得出相应所需变频器的控制精度。对卷筒进行了有限元分析,在额定载荷下计算出最大应力以校核强度。

Abstract:

Based on the principles of CBR,the characteristic parameters and their degree of association of a cable twisting machine were analyzed and calculated to set up the case library.The designed reasoning algorithm can retrieve each characteristic parameters and their correlation degrees in the design process.CBR was an artificial intelligence methodology that used past design solutions and adapted them to solve current problems,allowing reuse and modification of previously successful designs to accelerate the design process.The prototype of  cable twisting machine was established by adding constraints with dynamics software to the 3D model.The load of axle was calculated with different cable velocities,and the control precision of the converter was figured out when simulation computation on the constant tension control was processed with the test data of tension.In addition,FEA of the reel was carried out in order to check the structure strength. 
