涂料流场对逗号刮刀工作精度的影响

Influence of Coating Flow Field on Working Precision of Comma Blade

摘要:

基于润滑理论,利用雷诺方程推导出涂布机工作时逗号刮刀在流场中受力的计算公式,给出逗号刮刀的压力分布图和合力变化图。研究了刮刀半径和最小间隙对刮涂流场的影响:刮刀在工作中所受的力随刮刀半径的增大和刮刀与涂布辊间隙的减小而增大,所受合力的方向随当量半径的增大而不断接近连心线方向。进一步计算出在流场作用下逗号刮刀的形变量,为在涂布设备工作过程中对逗号刮刀刃口直线度进行调节和刮刀结构设计提供了理论依据。

Abstract:

Based on the lubrication theory and using Reynolds equation, a calculation formula of the applied force of comma blade in the flow field was deduced herein. The pressure distribution graph and force variation graph of comma blade were also obtained. The effects of blade radius and minimum clearance on the scraping flow field were investigated: the applied force on the blade increases with the increase of the blade radius and decrease of minimum clearance. The direction of the resulting force is close to the direction of line of centers. Then, the deformation of comma blade under the effect of flow field was calculated. The results provide theoretical basis for the adjustment of comma blade straightness and structure design of coating equipment.
