摘要:


根据阀控非对称弯辊缸系统的非对称特性,修正系统负载并给出了匹配非对称阀控制非对称缸系统的传递函数。研究了匹配非对称阀控制非对称缸力控制系统的非线性补偿和动压反馈控制策略。探讨了用双阀联动来等效匹配非对称阀控制非对称缸系统的可行性。仿真和实验结果验证了双阀联动控制工作辊弯辊系统的控制策略,为分析和综合非对称阀控制非对称缸系统奠定了基础。

Abstract:

Transfer function of matched asymmetric valve cotrolled asymmetric cylinder system was supplied,correcting system load due to asymmetrical characteristics of valve controlled asymmetric roll bending
cylinder system.Control strategy of force control system was studied,such as nonlinearity compensation and dynamic pressure feedback,using matched asymmetric valve to control an asymmetric cylinder.Feasibility employing simultaneous dual-valve to replace matched asymmetric valve in the asymmetric cylinder control system was discussed.Simulation and experimental results verified control strategy concerning dual-valve controlled asymmetric cylinder system.Foundation was established for the analysis and synthesis of asymmetric valve cotrolled asymmetric cylinder system.
