针对复杂产品工艺子装配体识别的问题,提出了一种基于功能结构树的工艺子装配体识别方法。首先给出了产品的功能子装配体和工艺子装配体的定义和性质,给出了判断功能子装配体间干涉关系的算法;然后通过分析功能子装配体间的干涉关系和稳定性,提出了识别工艺子装配体和生成装配工艺结构树的算法,并给出了工艺子装配体装配约束关系方程组的计算步骤,最后通过实例验证了所提出方法的正确性和可行性。该方法简化了子装配体的识别过程,为提高大规模装配体的装配效率提供了条件。

Abstract:

A new subassembly recognition algorithm was proposed herein. At first, we built a functional structute tree (FST) according to the product design requirements; then, we applied subassembly recognition algorithm to identify the process subassembly based on the analysis of constrain relationships between functional subassembly; finally, an approach for finding the process subassembly assembly sequences were given. Simulation results demonstrate that proposed method can improve the computation complexity effectively by using the concise constrains condition judgment.
