摘要:

在等离子显示器(PDP)面板制造过程中,荧光液填涂工艺是影响其制造效率和质量的关键工艺之一。为改善等离子显示器面板填涂效率,提高PDP面板生产质量,降低生产成本,提出一种新型的荧光液填涂机喷涂头设计方案。应用微流体力学理论,计算出喷涂口的精确结构尺寸;同时对喷涂头喷涂口工作压力与喷涂流速之间的关系进行分析,得到符合要求的喷涂口工作压力,以及喷涂口的流速分布。最后,通过仿真计算证明了该设计方案的有效性。

Abstract:

In manufacturing operation of PDP, the dispensing technology is one of the most important processes which can determine the efficiency and quality. For improving the PDP dispensing efficiency, a new design of phosphor coater nozzle was proposed, which can improve the quality of PDP, and reduce cost in the production process. By using micro-fluid dynamics, the physical dimension of nozzle was designed. Then the relationship between the coating pressure and the coating speed of nozzle was analyzed, and the coating pressure and velocity distribution of nozzle were calculated. The validity and practicability was proved from simulation results.
