摘要:

由离散网格曲面形成的二维截面轮廓对刀轨环的质量和生成效率有重要影响。提出一种基于累积曲率的刀轨环点云数据预处理优化算法。在基于光顺算子和简化算子的误差带控制范围内,首先通过估算点的离散曲率对二维截面轮廓进行粗简化,提出用累积曲率代替离散曲率的精简化算法,然后根据简化后点的均布程度,采用差分差商自适应算法对二维截面轮廓进行光顺。实验结果表明,该算法运行高效,提高了刀位轨迹生成的效率和质量,改善了产品的加工性能。

Abstract:

The quality and generating efficiency of a tool path track have been affected severely by the 2D sectional outline generated by separated mesh surfaces. An optimization algorithm about pretreatment of the tool path track based on accumulated curvature was proposed. The algorithm was controlled by the error band based on fairing operator and simplifying operator. The 2D sectional outline was simplified roughly by estimating the discrete curvature and simplified finely by using accumulated curvature. The outline was faired by differences and directional differences algorithm according to its uniform level. Experimental results show that the algorithm runs efficiently. The generating efficiency and quality of the tool-path are increased and the product processing performances are improved.
