摘要:

根据焊接管件之间存在一定相似性的特点,提出将基于范例的推理(CBR)技术应用于管件焊接夹具设计系统中,管件焊接夹具的相似性从工件特征和夹具特征两方面来考虑。利用机械设计规则和空间坐标转换技术,并结合Solid Edge的二次开发技术,实现对实例的修改,达到自动装配的目的。研究结果表明,将基于知识的算法应用于实例的检索、修改和储存,可大幅度地提高夹具设计知识的重用率,从而解决了新对象的夹具设计需重新求解导致的智能化程度不高的问题。

Abstract:

Owing to a lot similarities in the welding tube,the CBR method was applied into the welding tube flexibile fixture design herein.The feature of workpiece and fixture were considered in the case similarity.The design rules and coordinate transforming technique with the secondary development technology based on Solid Edge were used to modify the case in order to assemble automatically. The application of the algorithm based on the knowledge in the retrieve of the similar cases,the strategy of case adaptation and case storage, improves highly the reuse of design knowledge, decreases repetitive work and solves the problem which the intelligence level of the fixture redesign in new case is not high.
