摘要:

提出了一种将QFD与正交试验设计相结合的新型混合方法,并将该方法用于大批量定制的产品设计过程,目的是将大批量定制产品的顾客个性化需求更准确地转化为产品的设计参数。首先将系列产品根据设计进程划分出定制零部件族,从中选取受顾客需求影响较大的敏感零部件进行QFD分析设计,然后利用正交试验设计中的信噪比分析确定QFD中的关联关系,得到与某项顾客需求所对应的工程技术特性的参数组合,使得设计的产品具有令顾客满意的稳健性能。最后以某客车公司的车门开发设计为实例进行了详细阐述。

Abstract:

A new hybrid method of QFD and orthogonal experimental design for the design process of mass customization product was proposed herein, the purpose was to change the customers’ individual needs into design parameters accurately. First, the customization parts division was made according to the design process, selecting the sensitive parts which were affected by customers greatly, using the QFD method to analysis and design, then using the signal and noise analysis among the orthogonal design method to determine the associated relationship during the QFD analysis, the engineering technology parameter group was obtained,which corresponded with the customer requirements. Finally,the designed products with customer satisfaction and robust performance were made. And one bus company’s door design was taken as an example to explain in detail.
