基于自由区域的环切轨迹优化连接方法

摘要:

为了解决环切轨迹的连接问题,提出一种简捷有效的环切刀具轨迹连接方法。在该方法中,为了有效管理轨迹环,构建了一种称之为区域树的树型数据结构。为了获取子轨迹,首先对区域树进行剖分以对轨迹环进行编组,进而利用轨迹环连接器对已编组的轨迹环进行连接。在获得子轨迹后,利用在自由区域中搜索开槽点的方式,完成了对子轨迹的优化连接。最后用仿真实验验证了该方法的有效性,实验表明,该方法能在提高计算效率的基础上,显著减少退刀数,有时甚至没有退刀。

Abstract:

To solve the CPO tool-path linking problem,A simple and effective CPO tool-path linking method was presented.In order to effectively manage tool-path loops (TPLs), a tree-liked data structure called TRT was constructed. To obtain subpaths, TRT was split into several grouped TPLs, and then grouped TPLs were linked by using TPL-connector.After subpaths were constructed,subpaths linking problem was optimized by the way of searching slotting point in free region(FR).Finally, the simulation was conducted to verify the validity, and the simulation shows that the method can significantly reduce the retraction number and sometimes can even avoid retraction on the basis of improving computational efficiency.
