摘要:

建立了识别滚动导轨结合面动态特性参数的测量模型。该测量模型将安装有滚动导轨的机构简化为单自由度系统,消除了基础位移对参数识别的影响。基于测量模型,研制了滚动导轨结合面动态特性参数测量装置。以施耐博格MRC45滚动导轨为实验对象,测量了其结合面动态特性参数,准确获得了法向和侧向动态刚度并分析了载荷变化对动态刚度的影响规律。

Abstract:

In order to identify the dynamic characteristic parameters of
rolling guide's joint, a measurement model of equivalent single degree of freedom system was established. This model simplified the institution with rolling guides installed to single degree of freedom system and eliminated the influences of the base
displacements on parameter identification. Based on the measurement model,a measuring device for identifying the dynamic characteristic parameters of rolling guide was developed. The MRC45 linear rolling guide of Schneeberger was selected as an example to
measure the dynamic characteristic parameters of its joint.The dynamic stiffness with high precision in normal and tangential sides of rolling guide was obtained and the effects of load on dynamic stiffness were also analyzed.
