摘要:

为了在设计阶段提高破碎机机械结构运转性能和动力学表现,基于圆锥破碎机的主设计参数,结合ADAMS软件的建模语言,提出圆锥破碎机虚拟样机参数化建模的方法,该方法通过参数化类型和约束类型表达模型元素之间的关联关系。由仿真分析参数化模型得到不同工况的动锥自转转速信息以及关键运动副的动力学信息,为其工作性能评价提供依据并为下一步的有限元分析提供数据支持。以PYG1100型圆锥破碎机为例进行参数化建模和仿真结果分析,验证了模型的有效性和可靠性。

Abstract:

In order to improve mechanical structure operational performance and dynamic performance of crusher in the design stage,a method of cone crusher virtual prototype parameterized modeling was proposed which was based on the main parameter of cone crusher and combined with ADAMS modeling language.Expressing relationship between elements by parameterized types and constraint types,a general parameterized model was simulated to obtain mantle rotation speed information and key moving pairs' kinetic information under different working conditions, those data would support the evaluation of cone crusher performance and the following finite element analysis.

Finally,taking PYG1100 cone crusher as an example,the parameterized modeling and simulation analysis were completed to verify the validity and reliability of the model.
