摘要:

在磁力轴承转子3种转速(1080r/min、1320r/min和1500r/min)以及6种线圈电流(0.5A、1A、1.5A、2.0A、2.5A和2.95A)的条件下,通过光纤布喇格光栅传感装置对磁力轴承定子与转子之间的气隙磁通密度进行了动态测量,并对测量结果进行了FFT分析,测量结果与有限元计算结果达到一定的一致性,验证了FBG传感装置对旋转状态下气隙磁通密度的测量具有可行性。

Abstract:

A FBG based magnetic bearing air-gap magnetic flux density measurement test system was constructed,air-gap magnetic flux density was measured through a FBG sensing component under 3 rotating speeds(1080r/min,1320r/min and 1500r/min) and 6 coil-currents(0.5A,1A,1.5A,2.0A,2.5A and 2.95A),
the measurement results were analyzed with FFT method.It is concluded that there is virtually consistency between the measurement results and finite element calculations and it is feasible to utilize the FBG sensing component for dynamic measurement of air-gap magnetic flux density.
