摘要:

以嵌入式工业PC为控制器,配以模数转换板、数字量输出板、光栅尺接口板和驱动板,利用MATLAB的xPC Target工具箱搭建了直线电机快速原型控制系统,并在快速原型控制系统中实现了带有跟踪微分器的非线性PID控制算法。实验结果表明:这种基于xPC Target的直线电机快速原型控制系统能够直接采用Simulink中建立的控制算法,具有很高的灵活性;同时,直线电机控制系统采用带有跟踪微分器的非线性PID控制算法时具有很好的动静态特性和抗扰性。

Abstract:

A rapid prototyping control system of linear motor using the xPC Target toolbox in MATLAB was set up and embedded industrial PC was used as the controller,together with the analog-digital conversion board, digital output board, encoder interface board and driver board. Then a nonlinear PID control algorithm with tracking differentiator was realized on the rapid prototyping control system. Experimental results show that the rapid prototyping control system of linear motor based on xPC target can achieve control algorithm built with Simulink directly and great flexibility,and the linear motor control system adopting nonlinear PID control algorithm with tracking differentiator has excellent dynamic-static performance and noise immunity.
