摘要:

针对高速卧式加工中心滑架的结构特点,构建了高速卧式加工中心滑架的有限元模型, 并利用基于6σ原则和目标驱动技术的有限元优化分析方法对滑架进行多目标尺寸优化设计。首先利用基于6σ原则的分析方法对模型进行参数灵敏度分析,得到对滑架性能影响较大的参数,并将其设置为最终的优化设计变量;然后利用基于目标驱动技术的多目标优化方法对滑架进行以质量、变形和一阶固有频率为目标函数的多目标优化,并根据目标函数的优先等级选取优化结果,通过对比优化前后的有限元分析结果,找到需要进一步改进的薄弱环节。相对于传统的单目标优化方法,基于6σ和目标驱动技术的多目标优化能够更好地解决工程实际问题。

Abstract:

In allusion to structural characteristics of slider, a finite element model of slider was built firstly, and then a method which combined 6σ and goal driven was put forward to optimize slider. Parameter sensitivity analysis was carried out based on 6σ, and variables which affected the target variable greatly were chosen to be as the design variables. Total mass, deformation and natural frequency of slider were established as objective functions and then multi-objective optimization was carried out, optimization results can be chosen by the priority set before. Compared to the single objective optimization, better solutions for practical engineering problems can be obtained by multi-objective optimization based on 6σ and goal driven.
