摘要:

大型复杂产品制造企业由于其产品结构复杂,对制造过程的组织管理不同于一般产品。在MRPⅡ系统基础上,整合项目管理方法满足复杂产品制造过程特征要求,建立满足项目制造管理模式的分级生产计划模型。针对大型复杂产品的最终装配过程,构建基于时段的资源匹配矩阵,反映资源对计划的匹配程度,采用排队原则优化多项目有限资源与计划的匹配,提高最终装配计划的可行性,保证项目产品的按期交付。

Abstract:

Organization and management of manufacturing process in large-scale and complex product enterprises is different from common products because of the complexity of products.Layered production planning module was established to meet the needs of project-based manufacturing, which integrated project management with MRPⅡ system. On account of the final assembly process of large-scale and complex
products a resource matching matrix based on period of time was built to evaluate the resource matching degree with production planning. At the same time, a queuing principle was applied to optimize limited resource capacity matching of multi-projects,so that the feasibility of the final assembly scheduling can be increased and the product can be completed on time according to the delivery time.
