摘要:

针对产品布置设计人机交互多、效率低等问题,提出一种知识支撑分级约束方法。该方法依据工程知识表达划分产品单元,同时定义单元约束关系并划分层级。建立产品分级约束模型,通过客户需求等约束的转换、传递和计算,有效实现了产品设计方案的自动生成。该方法在电梯布置设计中得到应用验证,不仅减少了人机交互,而且避免了设计方案潜在错误,降低了产品制造中的错误率和开发成本。

Abstract:

To be directed against the problems of products design,a knowledge supported classified constrain method was put forward.This method classified different units of products based on engineering knowledge.Different levels of constrains also had been judged.Knowledge supported classified constraint module was constructed.The customer needs were effectively converted,transfered and calculated,and the product design blueprint was gained automatically.Using this method,an elevator well road layout design system was built.The system had been authenticated when used in the elevator well road layout design.It has solved errors such as human-computer interaction errors,reducing the manufacturing error ratio and development cost as well.
