摘要:

介绍了一种可用于轴流式人工心脏泵的永磁无槽直流无刷电动机的结构及其驱动方法。电动机采用ML4425专用芯片作为主控芯片,通过调压控制电机的转速,从而达到控制血液流量及压力的目的。电动机在磁悬浮轴承支承下使人工心脏泵获得更优越的性能。实验结果表明:电机调速曲线近似呈一条直线,电动机运行平稳,噪声低。

Abstract:

A structural and control method of permanent-magnet slotless brushless DC motor was introduced,which can be used for axial-flow artificial heart pump.ASIC chip ML4425 was used as the central control unit.The speed of the motor can be controlled by changing the input voltage and hence the flux and pressure of blood can also be controlled.The motor has good performance in the artificial heart pump due to the non-contact magnetic bearing. The experimental results indicate that speed of motor can be modulated and has an approximate linear relationship with the input voltage.Moreover,the motor works smoothly with low noise.
