摘要:

为实现高精度蜗轮蜗杆传动质量的检定,研制了一套新型蜗轮副综合参数检查仪。采用数字计数法测量传动误差的传统方法和脉冲信号二次插补相融合的测试原理,并与FPGA等最新电子技术相结合,保证了仪器的高精度和先进性能。分析了仪器的主要误差来源,根据蜗轮副国家标准,仪器可用于检测5级精度以上的高精度蜗轮副。

Abstract:

In order to realize high-precision verification of a worm gear’s transmission quality, a new examination instrument of worm gear pair was developed. The paper adopted the principles combining the traditional TE testing theory by digital counting and secondary subdivision of pulse signals,integrating the new electronics technology such as field programmable gate array(FPGA),to ensure the high-precision and advancement of the instrument. Analysis of the main error source of the instrument was carried out.According to the national standard of worm gear pair,the instrument can be applied to detect the high-precision worm gear pair over 5-level accuracy.
