摘要:

提出了一种混合动力大客车的结构方案,阐述了该方案的结构特点;利用仿真模型计算出了动力总成的功率和扭矩需求,并对动力总成各零部件的参数进行了初步设计;然后在MATLAB/Simulink环境中建立了发动机性能、ISG电机性能、驱动电机性能以及蓄电池能量管理模块的仿真模型;仿真结果表明,动力总成各零部件参数的设计是合理的,且混合动力客车能够达到预定的性能目标。

Abstract:

A kind of hybrid electric bus structure scheme was proposed herein, and its characteristics was expounded. In the investigation, the power and the torque requirements for the powertrain were calculated by simulation models, and parameters for powertrain components were designed preliminarily. After that, the engine, ISG motor, drive motor and battery energy management were modeled in MATLAB/Simulink. The simulation results show that the parameter design of each powertrain component is reasonable, and the vehicle can achieve predetermined performance goals.
