摘要:

针对产品开发过程中对设计重用的需求,提出基于集成模型的设计重用系统,该系统可支持多个层次和粒度的设计重用。实例检索系统用于实现产品和零部件相似实例的检索,适于难以采用模型表达的设计知识的重用;结构配置系统可实现一类变型产品的快速配置,适于零部件结构和模块的重用;参数化系统映射属性集,可驱动CAD模型,适于零部件参数和特征的重用。最后,结合某减振器企业开发了支持多层次设计重用的变型设计系统,初步验证了该方法的可行性。

Abstract:

Aimed at the requirements of design reuse in
product development, a design reuse system based on integrated model was proposed to support multi-level and multi-granularity design reuse. Case retrieval system was used to realize similar case retrieval of product and parts, suitable for reuse of design knowledge which was difficult to represent by model. Product structure configuration system could realize rapid structure configuration for a kind of variant products, suitable for reuse of parts’ structure and module. Based on this, parametric system could drive parametric model by mapping property sets, suitable for reuse of parts’ parameters and features. Finally, this method was validated by the development of variant design system of multi-level design reuse for a shock absorber plant.
