摘要:

通过分析整体喷嘴环的先进制造技术,提出了一种合理的制造工艺方案,总结了数控加工关键技术,包括加工区域划分、最佳刀轴方向确定、快速铣削技术、插铣技术、叶片通道形面精加工技术以及测量技术。给出了该研究成果在工程中的应用实例,证明了所提方法的先进性和有效性。

Abstract:

Based on the study of manufacturing technology worldwide, a convenient manufacturing process for static blade ring and key techniques of NC machining were proposed.Such novelties included analyses of tunnel feature and machining region partition, determination of optimal orientation of cutter axis, efficient rough cutting of the tunnel including speed milling and plunge milling, high-precision shaping and precision measurement. Application results verify the validity of the techniques mentioned above.
