摘要:

通过研究电场活化聚合物(dielectric elastomer,DE)卷筒型致动器的工作原理,分别构建出一维伸缩驱动器、平面弯曲驱动器和平面转角驱动器的力学模型,并提出其设计方法。数值模拟的结果表明,所设计的卷筒型致动器可以实现预期的伸缩、平面弯曲和平面转动等运动,从而为该类微致动器的进一步设计研究和应用奠定基础。

Abstract:

Through researching the principles of roll-type micro-actuators for dielectric elastomer,mechanical model and design method for unilateral push-pull actuator,bending in plane actuator and swing in plane actuator of dielectric elastomer,were introduced herein.
The numerical simulation results show that,these designed actuators can realize function as expected.It thus provides an important basis for further studying and design of such actuators.
