合金韧窝断口三维微观形貌的白光相移干涉检测重构及分形表征

摘要:

采用白光相移干涉术对30CrMnSiA合金韧窝断口表面微观形貌进行了检测,检测系统采用Linnik结构,检测实验中光学放大倍率为10,横向光学分辨率为1.2μm,纵向分辨率优于30nm,最大测程范围达80μm。对获得的三维形貌数据采用改进立方体覆盖法进行分维测算,得其断口表面分形维数为2.0317,相关系数为0.9983,结果表明,30CrMnSiA合金韧窝断口微观形貌具有典型的三维分形特征。该研究从实验上证明:白光相移干涉术是金属材料断口三维微观形貌检测重构的一种新方法,具有纵向分辨率高、重构效率高、速度快等特点。

Abstract:

White light phase-shifting interferometry was adopted,for the measurement of microstructure of 30CrMnSiA alloys dimple fracture surface herein.The system used Linnik structure, and it was achieved optical magnification of 10,lateral optical resolution of 1.2μm, vertical resolution better than 30nm, maximum measurement range up to 80μm in the experiments. The three-dimensional topography data was tested by improved cubic covering method, obtaining the fracture surface fractal dimension value of 2.0317, correlation coefficient of 0.9983. The results show that the dimple fracture surfaces of 30CrMnSiA alloys possess a typical three-dimensional fractal characteristics.This study was proved by the experiments that: white light phase-shifting interferometry is a new method for three-dimensional micro-fracture morphology testing and
reconstruction of metallic materials, with property of high vertical resolution and reconstruction efficiency, fast speed and so on.
