摘要:

在空间小线段连续加工中,相邻线段拐角处的衔接速度受诸多因素的限制。从伺服电机的力矩特性及速度环带宽两个方面,分析了机床伺服系统的动力学性能与衔接速度的关系,建立了包含伺服性能参数和拐角几何参数的约束条件,讨论了约束条件在速度前瞻插补控制中的应用方法。

Abstract:

In the process of continuous micro-line blocks machining, the feedrate at the corner formed by two adjacent lines is under various restrictions. Considering the torque characteristics and the velocity loop bandwidth of a servo motor, the relation between the dynamics and the feed-rate of a machine tool servosystem was analyzed, and the constraints related to the servosystem function parameters and the corner geometric parameters were obtained. The application of the constraints to the velocity look-ahead interpolation control was also discussed.
