摘要:

分析了目前多电机同步控制策略的发展现状,提出了一种结合滑模变结构方法的环形耦合控制策略,该控制策略能够在保证多电机传动系统同步性能的同时,使控制结构的复杂程度不随电机数量的增加而改变。Lyapunov稳定性理论证明了该控制策略的有效性。将环形耦合控制策略应用于多电机传动系统,并与采用主从控制策略的传动系统同步性能进行对比,证明了该控制策略具有更高的同步精度和更好的动态性能。

Abstract:

The development status of multi-motor synchronization control strategy was analyzed, and a new ring coupling control strategy combined with sliding-mode variable structure control was presented,which can ensure the synchronization performance of the multi-motor drive system and reduce complexity of the control structure at the same time.The control method with the ring coupling strategy was proved according to Lyapunov stability theory.The proposed strategy was applied to the control of a multi-motor system,and simulation results show that the proposed control strategy has higher synchronization accuracy and better dynamic performance compared with that of master-slave control strategy.
