摘要:

针对飞机结构件同步协同设计中非几何信息的表达、传递和相关性修改困难等问题,提出了基于MBD和多Agent的飞机结构件协同设计方法。基于本体将MBD模型的非几何信息进行语义表达和信息共享,构建了基于MBD和多Agent的协同设计框架,实现了CAX软件间的协同通信和互操作。在CATIA V5和JADE平台上开发了飞机结构件协同设计系统,且已在国内某大型航空企业中得到初步应用,提高了飞机结构件的设计质量和效率。

Abstract:

In the view of difficulties of the expression,transfer and relative
modification for non-geometric information in synchronized collaborative design of aircraft structural parts, a collaborative design technology for aircraft structural parts based on
MBD and multi-agent was proposed.This technology expressed the non-geometric information in MBD model based on ontology, established a collaborative design framework based on MBD and multi-agent, realized the communication and interoperation between CAX software. Based on the above study, a collaborative design system for aircraft structural parts, developed on the platform of CATIA V5 and JADE, was initially applied in a domestic large aviation enterprise and it improves the design quality and efficiency of aircraft structural parts.
