摘要:

 针对飞机工艺装备制造水平低下、信息化程度不高的问题,设计开发了飞机工装制造执行系统(MES-AT)。详细介绍了MES-AT的主要功能模块和系统结构体系,重点阐述了基于CBR和MRPⅡ的生产计划编制、免疫遗传混合算法的模糊调度以及生产信息共享模型等关键方法。在某航空企业工装公司的应用表明,MES-AT增强了车间的执行能力,提高了企业的管理效率。

Abstract:

In order to improve the level of informatization and manufacturing, a manufacturing excution system for aircraft tools(MES-AT) was presented. Baesd on the research of the system’s requirement analysis, system structure and main function modules, the key methods and techniques of MES-AT, such as production planning based on CBR and MRPⅡ,fuzzy scheduling based on immune genetic algorithm, were deeply researched.Its application in a aircraft tools enterprise shows that both production efficiency and quality are improved greatly.
