摘要:

针对液压系统压边力控制动态响应和稳态性较差等特点,以YJ28E-1000/1600Q液压机为研究对象,建立了一个基于模糊PID智能控制的系统,并利用MATLAB/Simulink仿真工具进行仿真计算。结果表明,采用模糊PID控制器进行变压边力智能控制可大大改善液压控制动态性能,提高稳态精度。

Abstract:

Taking YJ28E-1000/1600Q hydraulic press as an object, an intelligentable fuzzy-PID control model was built to deal with the undesirable dynamic response and the low steady-state precision of the hydraulic control system. A look-up table for optimal control parameters was generated from MATLAB Toolbox. The simulation results of the system show that the dynamic response and steady-state precision are improved greatly by adopting this kind of fuzzy-PID controller. 
