摘要:

针对磁悬浮装置参振质量大、刚度和阻尼低、振动幅值大时抑制振动效果差的问题,提出一种磁流变阻尼器与磁悬浮装置并联减振的方法。由于磁流变阻尼器具有非线性和滞回特性,目前的力学模型还不够精确,为此提出采用模糊控制方法对磁流变阻尼器进行控制,建立了基于TMS320LF2407A DSP的模糊控制磁流变阻尼器与磁悬浮并联减振系统。理论分析与实验结果证明,采用模糊控制磁流变阻尼器与磁悬浮装置并联减振,可以达到理想的减振效果,振动幅值可由0.48mm减小到0.16mm。

Abstract:

Because of large mass, low stiffness and damping of a magnetic levitation system, the vibration control is unsatisfactory. Especially, when the excited vibration amplitude is very large, the effect on vibration reduction will not be good. In order to solve the problem, the magnetic levitation system and the MR damper were connected parallelly. Moreover, because of the nonlinear and hysteretic behavior of MR damper, which was controlled by fuzzy controller. Based on the TMS320LF2407A DSP, the software and hardware of the system were designed. Experiments show that the fuzzy control MR damper parallel connecting with magnetic levitation system can get better vibration depression affections, and the amplitude of vibration will be reduced from 0.48mm to 0.16mm.
