摘要:

在采用边界元法分析轧机轴承载荷的研究中,提出了一种修正算法,即首先假设一个接触宽度,利用赫兹接触理论进行修正,使用迭代算法进行计算,直到假设的接触宽度与修正后的接触宽度的差值满足给定的收敛条件,从而得到一个精确的结果。以某二辊轧机的四列圆锥轴承系统为例说明了方法的精确性。

Abstract:

A revises method was proposed herein,which was used to analyze mill roller bearing load with boundary element method. First, a contact width was supposed, then the Hertz contact theory was used to revise the contact width.By means of the iterative algorithm, the calculation prosess will stop until the D-value of supposed contact width and the revised contact width satisfy the convergence conditions, with which a more accurate result can be obtained. An example of a conical bearing system of one duo mill was given to show the effectiveness and high accuracy of the theory. 
