摘要:

应用基于有限体积法的Fluent软件进行数值仿真实验,分析了多孔介质的渗透系数、厚度、直径以及气源的供气压力等因素对全多孔质气体静压轴承静态性能的影响,得出相应的关系曲线。自行设计了实验平台,实测获得了多孔质石墨气体静压止推轴承的载荷、刚度、流量等静态特性曲线。数值计算结果与实验结果具有很好的一致性,验证了该数值计算方法的可行性。结果还表明,当多孔介质渗透系数为7.95×10-15m2,厚度为10mm,直径为45mm,且气膜间隙为3~ 5μm时,全多孔质石墨气体静压止推轴承静态刚度超过70N/μm。

Abstract:

Numerical simulation was processed with FLUENT based on finite volume method. Analyses and researches were implemented on the relatled factors, such as the supply gas pressure,the permeability of the porous graphite, which will affect the static performance of porous aerostatic thrust bearings, and thus the curve diagram was produced accordingly. According to the experiments implemented on a self-manufactured rig, a series of experimental data was produced, revealing the static performance of load capacity, static stiffness and volume flow. Good agreement has been achieved between the experimental results and the numerical simulation ones, which has approved the feasibility of the numerical calculation. The results also indicate that when the gas film thickness is distributed in the scope of 3μm and 5μm, the static stiffness value of the entire porous graphite aerostatic bearing can be more than 70N/μm if the porous graphite restrictor is one with the viscous permeability of 7.95×10-15m2, with the thickness of 10mm, and with the diameter of 45mm.
