摘要:

在分析现有数控机床可靠性分配研究局限性的基础上,利用成功流方法建立了一种考虑数控机床各零部件相关性的可靠性模型,提出了一种实用的可靠性成本预估函数,并对函数中各参数的确定方法进行了研究,建立了数控机床可靠性分配的非线性规划模型,并采用遗传算法对其进行了求解。以主轴拉杆机构为例,获得具有实际意义的数值解,证明了该方法的可用性与正确性,为数控机床的可靠性分配和优化提供了一种具有实际操作意义的解决方案。

Abstract:

First, the limitations of existing research of reliability allocation were analyzed, then the GO methodology was used to establish a reliability model considering relevancy among the parts of CNC machine tools. A practical function for estimation of reliability cost was proposed, and method to determine the parameters of the function was provided. A non-linear programming model for reliability distribution model of the CNC machine was established. Genetic algorithms were used for solving the non-linear programming problem. In the end, the method was used in reliability analysis of a spindle drag bar, and the meaningful numerical solutions was obtained, which shows that the method is useable and correct and provides a practical solution for reliability allocation and optimization of CNC machine tools.
