摘要:

分析了管内电缆导体超导线圈滚弯成形所需要的条件,建立了适应于各种管内电缆导体超导线圈滚弯成形过程中导体进给速度与绕线模回转速度、角速度之间关系的数学模型。在此基础上提出了基于MATLAB的滚弯成形过程的动态仿真方法。完成了对国际热核聚变实验堆ITER底/顶部矫正场线圈绕制成形过程的分析和动态仿真。

Abstract:

The analysis of conditions demanded for roll forming method of CICC superconducting coils was made. Based on the analysis, a model of the relationship between the cable feedrate and the rotation speed, angel of the winding former was established, which adapted to the roll forming procedure for varieties of CICC superconducting coils. Subsequently, a dynamic simulation method based on MATLAB was proposed, which was more effective for understanding the winding procedure.Finally, the analysis and dynamic simulation of the ITER(international thermonuclear experimental reactor) bottom/top correction coils was completed, and the conclusions offer some significant directions for the accurate automation of the winding procedure.
