摘要:

球轴承的动态性能会影响转子系统的响应,同时转子系统的响应也会改变支承轴承的动态性能。考虑球轴承转子系统的耦合影响,建立了球轴承转子系统动态性能耦合计算的模型,用Newmark-β积分法和Riccati传递矩阵法,并结合Newton-Raphson方法进行求解,结合实例分析了转子系统的瞬态响应和球轴承的动态性能。研究发现,耦合影响对转子系统的瞬态响应和球轴承的动态性能都有较大的影响。

Abstract:

Dynamic performances of ball bearing can influence response of the rotor system, while the response of the rotor system can also change dynamic performances of the rolling bearing. Coupling effects of rolling bearings and rotor system were considered, and a coupling computation model was established. The coupling rules of rotor response and the dynamic property of bearing were analyzed using Newmark-β method and Riccati transfer matrix method and Newton-Raphson method.The transient response of rotor and dynamic characteristics of the ball bearing were analyzed by using an example.It is found that they both change greatly when coupling effects are considered.
