摘要:

为了解决型腔加工中交互式定义型腔和岛屿的不足,提出了一种简单有效的加工区域自动识别方法。为了识别型腔加工区域,首先构建了环关系矩阵,通过查询环关系矩阵的方式完成了轮廓环树的构建。在获得轮廓环树后,通过评估节点的深度来达到自动识别复杂型腔的目的。该方法无需用户直接参与,减轻了用户的负担,避免了出错的可能性。实例表明,该方法能自动有效地识别型腔加工区域,从而简化了数控编程步骤,提高了编程效率。

Abstract:

In order to overcome the disadvantages of interactive definition of the pockets and islands, this paper presented a simple and effective pocket milling region identification method.To identify pocket milling region,this method constructed tool path loop(TPL) relation matrix firstly, and then constructed the TPL-tree by the way of querying information in TPL relation matrix.After the TPL-tree was obtained,the purpose of complex pocket milling region automatic identification can be achieved by evaluating the level of the node, this method does not need user to participate directly, and thus reducing the user’s burden and avoiding the possibility of mistakes.Examples show that the method can effectively and automatically identify pocket milling region, so the programming efficiency can be improved by simplifying NC programming steps.
